There are many ways to help the project grow and keep historic pens alive.

Restoration stuff

If you have some parts, broken pens, materials or tools which you don’t need and could share. you can help us by providing these to us and help to restore a future pens. The restoration manuals might be handily too.

You can help by donating:
  • Nibs, feeds, clips, caps, barrels, other parts
  • Incomplete or damaged pens for parts
  • Rare or hard to find components
  • Tools, equipment or restoration materials
  • Knowledge, Restoration manuals

Your parts, pens or materials are received and carefully stored.

Restoration &
Identification

Pens are cleaned,
repaired and identified. Research helps uncover their history.

Documentation

Detailed photographs. measurements and notes are added to the digital archive.

Preservation

Some pens become part of the Pens permanent Happy Archive Museum.

Education & Videos

Selected restorations are futured on the Happy Pens YouTube channel.

Sustainable Growth

Some restored pens may be offered for sale. Found are reinvested into tools, research and archive development.

Nothing Is Wasted

Even incomplete pens, damaged parts or unidentified pieces can help restore other pens, identify missing components or preserve historical information. Every contribution has value.
